Prague, capital city of the Czech Republic, at it’s heart is the Old Town Square; surrounded by colorful baroque buildings and Gothic churches.

Probably one of the most visited sights in Prague is the Charles Bridge, this pedestrian bridge was completed in 1402

Rising above the city on the hill sits Prague Castle, this 9th centery castle is now the seat of the Czech president.

Today sees the start of a new year and the start of a new site – alex-ridgway.co.uk / photography.ridg.co.uk I’ve created this site as somewhere that I can post photos and a platform for sharing projects that I’m working.

2017 was relatively quite in terms of taking photos (under 5000) so 2018 is going to be a fresh start to launch this platform and to actually take more photos.
